Gingernuts are probably my favourite biscuit, yet until today I'd never actually made them. I've made gingerbread many, many times before so I decided to have a bit of a change. It's not much of change because they are, essentially, crunchy and thin gingerbread but that's not the point. It's the crunchy-ness and the lack of decoration that makes them gingernuts! Anyway, they're pretty tasty and could easily be gingerbread too (in fact, it's the exact recipe I use for gingerbread..)

I also made chocolate earl grey tea shortbread. The texture of these is fantastic but I can't stand earl grey tea (don't ask why I made them, I don't know!) If you like earl grey tea, these biscuits are probably fantastic. I fully intend to make them again, next time without the tea

This is incredible. I just wanted to write a small connecting scene and it just grew bigger and bigger and grew over my head! I really, really hope i'll make it till Saturday. it's a xmas fic, and it's still late summer in the fic. dudes.

I am looking for some screencaps!

First, I would love some screen caps from the AWZ shower scene with DeRo (you know the one!!) I thought there were some posted on this comm, but I can't seem to find them. I would also love some screen caps of them after they have gotten back together and they are on the red couch of love and Deniz is crying. Love my crying boys!!!

Second, I'm looking for some pics from VL, specifically Chrolli's kiss right after Gregor proposes to Luise and they are standing outside the window.

Bayern vs Juventus. Current score: 1-1. Goals by Trezeguet and... Butt. Yes, you read that right. Jörg Butt, our insane goalkeeper, scored a penalty against Gigi Buffon. Again. Though, thinking about it, it's not that much of a surprise: the other 10 players on the pitch have been made of so much fail so far, it figures that none of them would score the first goal.

*facepalm*

They must be having a big, big laugh at my expense just now, playing so badly in this important match.

By the way, I know why I like Martín Cáceres.

ETA: 4-1. 4 fucking 1. And at their own bloody stadium, no less. Oh God. If anything, I would have expected the opposite, meaning them battering us. After all, they're Juventus. I guess I should have more faith in my team (but seriously, the way they continued this match gave me no reason to hope at all). I'm surprised how long we'll stay in the CL this time. Maybe this match was the wake-up call that this team needed in order to play better and make more of an effort in the future, and not just when it's almost too late.

why does Gerneral Beckman say "Auf Wiedersehen" when she says good bye to Sarah and Bryce during Chuck vs the Ring? Why's she talking German all of a sudden? Random?

it's about this guy who accidentially gets all CIA and NSA secrets in his head and gets 2 handlers to protect him. he goes on missions now and tries to manage his normal life at the Nerd Herd of a buy more and his secret life.
the show is totally awesome because of the characters, Chuck is incredibly cute and nerdy and awesome, Casey (the NSA handler) is just badass and sarcastic and likes to grunt, and Sarah (the CIA handler) is also super cute and funny :)
the whole show is awesome since it's a great mix of comedy, action and drama :)
