today i took patty, crisco and mike to my happy place :) it's this little bay of the rhine with a tiny but sandy coast :) we took my cd player, a volleyball and some food :D patty and me eventually went into the water (with our underwear, lol!) and it was so nice :) i'll show some pictures as soon as i have them (i don't have a camera atm so I couldn't take pictures myself) but it was so much fun ♥ Crisco and Mike went in too after we convinced them and Crisco took of his shorts and went in with his boxers which were WHITE! he didn't realize they were gonna be see-through. and yes, they were. hahahaha!

the weather was nice too, sunny and warm but not too hot and a little windy :) could've been a little warmer, though. we stayed there till 11pm and it was soooo dark and you have to walk through a kind of forrest and Mike (who works at a haunted house in the US) was making weird noises and acting like he heard something etc and i was super jumpy! hahaha. even though i was the one with the flashlight :P

but it was so much fun ♥ i love those guys so much and i'll miss them like hell :( oh well, gotta go sleep, it's 12:30am already.

life is exhausting.
so, i work at the internship from monday to friday from 7:30am to 4pm, i have practice on tuesdays and thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 and i work fridays and saturdays from 11pm to 5 or 6am.
that's a 54.5 hour week!! aaaaaaah! and i have games on Sundays. ugh.

worst thing: i don't get money for the internship :( probably. idk yet, though. they don't have to pay me but maybe they like me so much that they'll pay me :P

i need to save up money for my trip to the US next year :) the big plan is:
ROAD TRIP THROUGH ALL OF THE US!
Starting New York, we'll stay there for like 2 weeks, then Criscos parents will pick us up (!!) from there and take us to Detroit where we'll stay for about a month with Crisco :D and then we'll probably rent a car and go to San Francisco, Las Vegas or Texas :) or all of it? ;P

it'll be fun. yay. :D

My new favorite sport is American Football.

So, I play Softball in a team called Duisburg Dockers, and they also have a football team and today we had this little we'll-all-bring-food-and-play-some-ball-and-have-visitors-from-Tschernobyl thingie.

about 12 people started playing football :) and the guys were asking me and my friend Jessica if we wanted to join them since we were throwing a football before, hahaha. It was so much fun!! I made about 3 or 4 touchdowns :D I really sucked at first because I never caught the ball but towards the end I even got super long passes :) awesome.

But this one guy tackled me reaaaally badly, I landed on my tailbone and got the breath knocked out of me and also hit the back of my head. Ow. Well, he didn't really tackle me, he just ran into me while I jumped. Worst thing about it is that he was on my team! hahahah. Well anyway, I survived ;)

i'ma go eat dinner now, take a nap and then go to work :)

I think Patty and me are the only people who sit down during their break at work and there's a gay couple randomly making out right next to us.
Dude I was like "O______O is that two guys? OMFG!!!! *giggles*" hahaha. I mean I see people making out a lot at work (I work in a club) but that was the first time it was 2 dudes. (I've seen 2 girls make out a bunch of times there... Actually, I've made out with a girl there. lol.)

but seriously, drunk people are so duuuumb. "I'd like to have a water" me: "carbonated or non carbonated?" them: "... a water!" xD ooor "one coke please" me: "small or large?" - "a coke!" gosh, people, start listening! it wasn't even loud or anything lol

i earned 56€ ($80) tonight :) worked from 11pm to 6am. it's fun though, depending on who I work with and which bar i work on :) and on what music they're playing.

anyway, enough rambling now. I think I'm only posting this entry because it's 6:30am and I'm not tired AT ALL and bored. lol.

See, Crisco and Mike are two friends of my best friend Patty who spent a year in America. So, they're American. And awesome. And one of them is gay, what makes it even more awesome.

We made a school trip to Scheveningen once :) it's a really nice beach in the Netherlands, the weather was badass and we did everything you do at a beach: Play volleyball, lie down and tan (and burn, in my case), build a sandcastle (and a sandwhale lol) and drink beer :P As soon as Mike and Patty send me the pictures I'll upload them :D

By the way, I bought Latter Days on DVD today :D It's he best. movie. EVER. I love it so much ♥ It's funny, sweet, romantic, dramatic and just made of awesome. Everybody needs to watch it! :D (don't watch the trailer though, it spoils the whole movie...)

i miss Texas. period.

I miss it soo much that there hasn't been a single day, not one, where i haven't thought about it. :( Seriously, i miss my school, the weather, the people, the stores... *sighs* and i always see something somewhere that reminds me of texas. it's really sad that i don't talk to my friends anymore. well, of course there's nice comments on my myspace here and then and everyone asks when i'll be coming back, but it's not on a daily basis... and my hostmom doesn't reply my email. which is weird because she usually does... hm. idk.

:( i wanna go there again but i dont have enough money to afford the flight. GOSH i hate this. my friend Rebekka went to Norway for a year and is going there like every other week since the ticket is only 30€ :(

and i miss the tacos. and doritos. and some other stuff lol

Soo, i'm about to go to Düsseldorf with my best friend Patty and afterwards we're going to my other good friend Julia's birthday party :) sounds like a fun day? oh yeah.

Sooo. i'm back. i know i havent written in here for almost a year, but i just haven't been into LJ lately :( it's not even that i don't check some communities anymore (gotta love seifen_slash ;) ) but... i'm just too busy (and lazy) to actually write an entry on my own :( on the other hand i was planning to write a journal in spanish over summer break to practice my language skills, lol. maybe i'll actually do that. anyone here wanna correct my entries? ^^


uhm what else. i just never know what to write about :( life's been pretty normal. school.... getting ok grades.. friends.... well just the same i guess. getting along with everyone. no real problems. work..... yea i work in a club now, which is pretty funny and exciting :) but super exhausting. working from 11pm to 5am.


i guess next year i'm gonna move out :) because i wanna have ferrets. they're super duper cute and i loooove them. but my parents don't let me have any while i'm still living here. my mom's scared she'll be allergic, even though people usually aren't allergic to ferrets. *sighs* so, i gotta move out ;) saving up money right now.


i guess most people from my flist won't even remember me :( but it's my own fault.
maybe i'll start using LJ more again? we'll see :)
